Life Insurance

Effective July 1, 2008, this schedule of benefits outlines a $20,000 Life Insurance and a $20,000 Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefit for eligible persons, plus a $2,000 life insurance benefit for spouses and dependent children, through the Union Labor Life Insurance Company (ULLICO).

Short-term Disability

This document describes a short-term disability plan that provides a weekly income benefit of $125 for up to 26 weeks for an eligible person who is unable to work due to sickness or accidental injury, after a seven-day waiting period has been completed, through the Union Labor Life Insurance Company (ULLICO).
