If you need help dealing with a problem involving the Laborers’ National Health and Welfare Fund, you can always contact the Fund’s administrative office (Fund Office) to discuss the problem. Important: Fund Administration

​

On January 1, 2017, the Fund’s general administration was brought in-house to the Fund Office that administers the LIUNA National (Industrial) Pension Fund at 905 16th Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. Zenith American Solutions, the Fund’s long-time third party administrator, has been phased-out. 

​

Also January 1, 2017, the Fund’s medical claims administration is handled exclusively by CIGNA, which is very familiar with the Fund and has state-of-the-art systems for promptly and accurately processing benefit claims.

​

No additional administrative changes have been made. 

​

We are confident that these administrative changes will significantly improve service to our participating members and their families and help to limit administrative costs.
